Training mantra
I use minimal equipment and emphasize body weight as a method of training.Human muscles are primarily built for handling our body, and adapting to our environment, so anyone training for fitness only needs to have healthy muscles to sustain and avoid any injuries or health risks. Fitness is different than athletes looking to increase strength or power where equipment may be needed.
