C.O.D.E. (Calisthenics On Demand Exercise) Fitness
is a London-based fitness service provider that helps
individuals achieve their fitness goals by utilising a new
age blend of Boxing Fitness exercises, calisthenics
(body weight leverage movements) and functional
training methodologies.
I am an American that has been living in London for the past decade. I originally moved to London to work in the Financial Services world only to realize after some time that I had outgrown it and decided to focus on becoming a Fitness Trainer, which has always been my passion. I was a college level athlete in both American Football and Basketball. I was born and raised in Philadelphia (the city of brotherly love) and I have a Bachelors in Communication and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I have trained in Brazilian jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, and functional strength training. I specialise in Calisthenics, Strength and Conditioning and Mental Toughness.
