Training Ethos

My training ethos falls between strength and conditioning and is delivered through a motivator methodology. By constructing an interactive scenario that takes the student out of the typical gym setting into feeling more in an instinctive and natural environment where the training exercises are geared towards being more of a natural reflex and reaction rather than a chore. This encourages a healthy stress free workout.
