Hydration

Hydration is a paramount aspect of fitness training. Being hydrated and having a healthy snack or meal (depending on time of day) before the workout is an ethos that I follow. Before the workout I try to create a setting or frame of mind of my student such that he or she is feeling mentally relaxed and physically ready for an intense yet enjoyable activity.
